🔹 By booking, you expressly agree that the service may begin before the expiry of the statutory cancellation period and that you thereby waive your right of cancellation (Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code).
🔹 Individual appointments (e.g., mentoring calls) can be rebooked free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment . After that, the full amount is due.

Our digital products (e.g. courses, workbooks, mentoring appointments) are not physically shipped.
After purchase, you will receive all information or access data for use by email – usually within 24 hours .

📬 Physical products (if available)

If you order physical products from us (e.g. tools, documents or sets), shipping will take place:

• within Germany: in 2–4 working days

• EU-wide: in 5–7 working days

• via climate-neutral shipping service provider

• Shipping costs: depending on the product and region – visible in the shopping cart
